While making notes about the Policy Making Process How Policies are Made Special Reference to Pakistan, I had realized that impartial role should be played. Therefore, narrative discussed here is not mine; instead, it is reflections of different studies. There are three important elements being discussed here in this narrative are bureaucracy, policymaking, and Pakistan.
These elements are important from student level until the government’s level. If one take an approach directly to policy making it would not be understandable to many. Instead, I get policy processes in depth. Each Student should attempt the question at first level to explain the process of policymaking. The direct and indirect impact of power tilts on the policy process. Further, to judge and explain in depth about afore mentioned aspects one should take the structure of bureaucracy in consideration.
After discussing the structure of bureaucracy in policy, making the impact of governing regime cannot ignore. There are many other players as well in the Pakistan policy making process and stake can discuss accordingly. The general perspective should consider while thinking about the policy making that each policy should relate to some welfare aspects for people of Pakistan.
For example, after getting the perfect the perfect cycle of policy making, in reality, the outcome for people’s welfare is null the policy cannot justify at any aspect. Importantly policies are there to provide a linkage between the harmony of the society-stable economy- the rule of law and last but not the least is about the consistent improved life standards of people.
A perfect and well-negotiated line of action, the policy can maintain the afore-said link in detail. The effective decision making while making a complete policy process is there to introduce the power perspective along mobilization of resources and finally the way towards the goal achievement. The identification of many perspectives is about to consider the political and administrative platform for best policymaking. The mobilization of resources can enhance the way towards the roots of power.
The perfect model that allows stakeholders of policy making to introduce in Pakistan already discussed according to Weber bureaucratic definition and compliance management. The legal-rational bureaucracy remains to focus on people and their representatives. The ultimate aspect is there to launch the way in such way that political mindset about the good governance should change, and power of civil servants remains improving to implement the policy making process.
