The least or almost no consideration was made to strengthen international relations among different worlds powers at that time.  There was a number of events that has lowered essence of international relations between different world powers. These events has become basic paradigm to think about conflict with more strength. There are significant studies that has analyzed that international relations among world power has reshaped since World War II. Relations was not in that state that as they are during or before World War II.

Major powers have authority to recognize and reshape relation due to many years in wars. The quality of relations matters a lot. Since World War II. The achievement of deadlock was a good achievement in overall thinking because this achievement had made between Great powers of that time. Deadlock means that no one has intention to start war in any perspective.

There are various reasons that international relations becomes more positives since such deadlock. According To Mr. C.M. Wooshouse, thinking of deadlock was shadow of nuclear dominance of each party in war situation. Nuclear equivalence has played its role in establishing peach among states.

The culture of wars was about to end and positives international associations  observed by biggest political mindset. British Foreign Policy meant  to provide positives relations after such deadlock that has appeared between 1950s. This was mindset developed by afore-said scholar but nobody can prove it wrong and reason is obvious that demand to stable conflict is not to talk about why peace comes.

Optimism is all about mindset in which recognition is being made for successful peace establishing efforts by states. Critics did not endorse the fact that deadlock’s date was being made by scholar in wrong way. The mid 1950s was period in which deadlock was mature but it continues before considerable time.

The peace among Great powers of 20th century was not immediate, in fact it was a moment by moment approach.  First factor that contributed a lot in strengthening international relations is about Politico-geographic setting.

This is important because geography and politics are two important phenomenon that was main cause of conflict. Second factor is modernization and development. There are many other factors as well and their effectiveness still help in establishing peach among states.
