Analysis India-Pakistan Composite Dialogue Kashmir

Majorly, composite dialogue process between India and Pakistan covers big issues at practical grounds. Issues including Kashmir issues, peace related issues and international relations between these two countries of South Asia. Historically, composite dialogue observed first time in 1977 and still same thinking is being inculcated in south Asian countries.

India-Pakistan Composite Dialogue

Thinking that my endorse composite relation between India and Pakistan through debate rather than aggression. Each process of bilateral relation made Composite Dialogue Process (CDP) in new paradigm with new mindset in actual aspect. Every time when process starts to grow between countries some implicit elements comes in resistance and bilateral relations suffered a lot.

The period between April 2003 and November 2008 was golden period because during this period relation between India and Pakistan was growing. The incident of Mumbai Terror Attacks are actually game change in bilateral relations. The suspension of dialogue for long time made composite dialogue just a myth in core concept. From Kashmir Issue till Drug Trafficking cannot possible without any thinking aspect at Composite dialogue.

India-Pakistan Composite Dialogue

From 1997 till 2004 is long era in which peace process was getting its worth between countries at political foundations as well. Peace Process was organized, acquired and even believes in slow pace without any other thing as resistance. Bilateral relations for Pakistan is always defining in terms of Pakistan at two fronts; one is about terrorism and other is about Kashmir. Two rounds of talks of 1998 and 1999 was big finish because both sides cannot make those assumptions in reality with military coup during Sharif Government. The aggressive policy of Pervez Musharraf had compromised Lahore Summit in Composite dialogue.

The failure of Agra summit and return of International politics in sub continent after 9/11 has increased prospective with same composite dialogue mindset that was here in 1998. From 2004 till Mumbai attacks Composite dialogues actually reshaping mindset at both sides in several fronts notably: Peace and security, Jammu and Kashmir, Siachen Glacier, Tulbul Navigation project, Sir Creek, economic prosperity, Terrorism and last is about friendly exchanges.

Recently, Pakistan has urged Indian concerned to resume Composite dialogue with same pace and ensure that there would be no further conflict can undermine composite dialogue this time. Foreign Officer Spokesperson is very clear bout serious talks with two fronts; one is about terrorism and other is about Kashmir Issue. These two aspects are interlink and there would no serious talk without Kashmir intervention in debate.
